This is my response to the increased racism experienced by Asians everywhere in the wake of COVID19.
I originally made these for members of the Chinese and other Asian adoptees I support/work with.
Racism is something many Asians living in western countries face regularly – it’s not new. However, incidents have increased lately and it’s hurting us.
I am not looking to profit from the sale of these items however, I do ask for postage costs and a little bit towards the cost of getting the badges made.
The stickers have been made and donated by Rip graphics in Sydney – one of my biggest supporters and who encouraged me to start this project.
For a short while I’m including my ‘bok bok bitch’ sticker – my favourite takeaway from the movie: ‘Crazy rich asians’.
